Join us for our Self-Care Retreat! We'll be offering the opportunity to participate in meditation classes, yoga classes, nature walks, breath work classes, therapeutic floral design class, and time to rest and reflect in nature. As a certified meditation practitioner with the Complimentary Therapists Accredited Association, I will personally be teaching a Meditation 101 class, a therapeutic floral design class, among other meditation classes. We'll have multiple yoga classes.
You will learn:
-the basics of a meditation practice (where to begin, how to continue on your own)
-why you've felt meditation just "doesn't work" for you, and how to fix it
-how to meditate to ease stress and anxiety, and to stop racing thoughts
-benefits of meditation
-how meditation can help you to achieve your goals more quickly
-how to meditate to support you in healing and manifesting your future
-how meditation and mindfulness are related, and how you can use mindfulness to experience similar benefits to meditation throughout your entire day
-how meditation can help us change limiting beliefs
-how meditation can help us get what we truly desire out of life.
-how to incorporate oils, candles, and tea into your meditation practice and/or self-care routine
-how to use herbs and essential oils to support you in healing and manifestation
You'll leave with:
-a personalized plan on how to deepen your meditation practice
-personalized affirmation cards that we develop during the retreat based on your specific goals and limiting beliefs
-a journal and a list of guided prompts that coordinate with your meditation practice
-a special discounted rate for further meditation coaching by me
-your own personally designed essential oil scent in a roller to use as you please for self-care
-your own personally crafted herbal tea with your choice of herbs that best suits your soul
We'll also record our meditations during the retreat, so that you can practice those meditations again and again.
The weekend will include numerous optional classes and activities. Choose to participate in them all if you're more of an "active relaxer" or just use your time to rest and reflect, and maybe join a class or two. You can decide how much you want to participate!
We'll be holding this retreat at EarthDance in the Berkshire Hills in Western Massachusetts. Food (6 meals) and lodging for two nights will be included! Special diets can be accommodated.
COVID-19 Update: We are limiting the size of this retreat so that we can maintain social distancing protocol as much as possible. We will be following appropriate state guidelines. While Earthdance provides indoor lodging in separate bedrooms, you do have the option to bring a tent (or rent one from us) as they have campsites setup throughout the property. If you happen to test positive for COVID-19 before attending, you will be refunded for the retreat with proof of a positive test.
